Email Marketing Is Copywriting - How To Write Autoresponder Messages That Your Prospects Will Open

Email Marketing is a crucial piece of the puzzle in your online business. Most of us have never written emails in this way, so it is a skill that must be learned. In fact , writing emails that get people to take action is a form of copywriting. In order to be effective with this, you must write email copy that jumps out from the rest, speaks directly to the person reading it, and gives a call to action that makes them click. Here are some ideas on how you can do this right now.

We all receive so many emails each day that it is easy for us to just scroll through to the ones we want to read. What makes us read one email over all the others? The first thing we all look for is to see who it is coming from. Even if there is no subject line at all, if it comes from someone we want or need to hear from we will open it right away. Make sure your prospects know who you are by always using the same name when you write to them. The next thing to consider is the subject line. It has been proven that people are much more likely to open an email that is personalized, so that will be something you will always want to do.

Sometimes I like to mix this up by using their first name in the middle or at the end of the subject line. The message itself should be no longer than about two hundred words, and about 65 characters across for ease of reading. Write as though you are just writing to one person instead of to everyone on your list. Go back and look at previous messages you have sent. Make sure you have included the word you more than the word I, and do not ever say many of you or all of you.

Those phrases let the reader know that your message was intended for many people instead of just for them. The greatest compliment you can receive is when someone hits reply and responds to you, thinking your message was written just to them instead of to your entire list. The goal is to reach them on a personal level so they will be more likely to click on the links you have included.

Add your link three times throughout your message, so that it is easy for them to click when they are ready.

Where to Find Reliable Vitamin Supplement Information

More than 40 million Americans take vitamin supplements and less than 10 percent of them are doing so under a doctor’s guidance. Where, then are they getting the information they need to make informed decisions about vitamin supplements?

My friend, the Vitamin Queen, takes more Vitamins and supplements than a strawberry has seeds. I’m in the process of remembering not to say anything hurts around her for fear she will make me swallow her latest discovery. Her middle name is Antioxidant and I asked her once how she knew this particular supplement would wash her car, iron her clothes and paint her toenails pink. She showed me this catalogue-type publication and pointed to the article – by the very man who was selling it!

She gets mad at me when I talk to her about doing independent research on her potions but that’s what you’ve got to do. If all you’re going to do is believe the hype that every manufacturer gives you, then you’re likely to miss some valuable information. Instead, why not check trusted independent sources for your vitamin supplement information?

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) has a website full of nutritional facts and figures, including vitamin supplement information. The American Cancer Society addresses this very issue as unfortunately, cancer patients can sometimes be particularly susceptible to wild claims of health and healing by unscrupulous marketers of Vitamins, minerals and herbs.

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has a wealth of vitamin supplement information on their website, including what the law says about the labeling on dietary supplements. The FTC regulates the advertising end of this industry and has taken action with more than a few who have made false claims about their products. You can find examples of some who have erred on their website.

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulates dietary supplements as food, not as drugs. Therefore , the claims made by the manufactures of these supplements have not been evaluated by the FDA. You’ll find some such statements on most dietary supplements. The FDA also has a wealth of vitamin supplement information on their website along with reports of fraudulent claims made by some perpetrators.

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) website is a comprehensive source of vitamin supplement information. The Mayo clinic’s website and about. com are other independent sources of dietary supplement information.

It’s important to make an informed decision about which Vitamins and supplements you feel are safe and necessary to take. The websites and publications developed by those who sell these supplements are not always honest about them. Vitamin supplement information is especially important when you are taking prescription or over-the-counter medication as even Vitamins can interact negatively with some drugs. Be proactive and read more than just the label when evaluating your dietary supplement choices.

How To Start Forex Trading Very Useful For Forex Beginners Who Have Low Budget To Start!

Every forex beginner knows what is forex trading but the only one question for them is to how to start. As of now there are many tools, trading systems and software that are in use in daily trading. The big mistake that every beginner does is that they get tempted to the hype of forex trading robots or to some forex trading software and they start trading and finally end up with loss.

I am not against to the forex trading robots or to any software, but my point here is that it is not the right time to use a forex trading robot or a software when you are as beginner. We can use the robots and software at a later stage.

Here is a step by step plan on “How To Start Trading”. So let's start.

Plan For The First 15 Days – Phase 1:

Before you start trading you should always know the basics of forex trading and the terminology related to the forex market. This is not a big problem. If you goolge it, you can get lot information which you can't even digest. Or visit my website and subscribe to the free e-course in which you will be provided with all the needed knowledge and information on forex trading. At this stage nothing to hurry up, first finish off the basics of forex trading. Normally 10 to 15 days of time is really good enough for any average joe to be ready with basics. But we shall put it to 15 days of time.

Note: At this stage my kind request is not to get tempted to start real trading. Please do not start.

When you start learning basics in the first 15 days, along with it you also need to get register with any forex brokerage firm which is in this industry for a long time and very reliable. I suggest you to go for Easy Forex Brokerage firm or Forex Yard Brokerage firm as they are very reliable and the registration is completely free. After registering you can use their demo accounts for your practice and they will never force you to start real trading. So you can take enough time to practice on their demo accounts. Practice on the demo accounts as much as possible until you feel comfortable with them and this practice is really needed.

Be patient. There is still a long way for us to go and do not start real trading!

Plan for the Next 10 Days – Phase 2:

Now in phase 2, you need to learn when to start a trade by finding the entry points and also need to learn when to exit the trade by finding the exit points. For this you need to learn in depth of what technical analysis is and what fundamental analysis is. You can google them, but you cannot put them in an order to learn. If you subscribe to our forex beginner course, you will also be provided with free e-books on technical analysis and fundamental analysis at the end of forex basics course. I kindly request you to go through all of those e-books steadily, but do not hurry up. This is very critical phase which you need to concentrate a lot because this is the point where you exactly learn what is the real forex trading and this phase leads you to become a forex winner. To learn about all the useful technical analysis methods and fundamental analysis methods, normally 10 days is good enough.

Even now please do not start real trading.

Plan For The Next 15 Days – Phase 3:

The next 15 days you need to apply what you have learned till now and practice on demo accounts of either Easy Forex Broker or Forex Yard Broker.

Watch any of the TV channels such as NBC News, CNN Money, Forex News Channel, etc which provides you the Forex news. Now pick the points in the forex news. Now start co-relating the news with what you have learned in technical analysis and fundamental analysis and you need to find the entry and exit points for a trade.

Daily try to find at least 8 to 10 profitable entry points and exits points and start trading on your demo account. Make a note of all the entry points which have given you the profits and also remember the factors depending upon which you have derived that profitable entry point. Practice this for at least 15 days and at the end of 15th day you will be able to find at least 5 best profitable entry and exit points a day. Finding the best profitable trades is nothing but building a forex strategy for your trading.

So end of 40th day you will be in a position to trade forex on real account. Till now you have practiced the trades on a demo account so there will not be any involvement of emotions but once you start trading with real account emotions come in and they may lead you into loss. So you need to control your emotions and need to exit the trades as per your calculated exit points. Now you can go little advanced and try some automated tools such automated forex trading signal software which can generate the entry and exit points for you.

All the hard work in 40 days needs to be done by you as there won’t be any mentor for you other than yourself. Right now there are some online forex mentors who can mentor you such as FAP Winner as they are the best till now in mentoring the beginners. But they will charge you around $300 a one time payment. It is up to you to decide it or practice by yourself.

Internet Marketing Strategy Planning - The Eight Steps Formula

Before you decide what to sell on the internet. You have to develop an internet marketing Strategy that is the essential part of your online success on the Internet.

You have to take into consideration the following:

1 . Find a large and easy to reach niche market
2 . Find a Product or Service the niche market demands for!
3. Setup your website
4. Have a great sales copy (your 24/7 sales man)
5. Create an opt-in page to collect email address
6. Have a great sales process
7. Make your website scalable and search engine friendly
8. Backend, backend and backend

Each step plays an important to your success in your internet marketing Strategy Planning. If even one step is miss out you will not be able to see the results you would like to see as each step is equally important to each other.

1 . Find a large and easy to reach niche market

Your first step in your internet marketing Strategy planning requires you to do your research and find a large and easy to reach niche market to market your product. What you can do from here is that you go to Free Keywords tools and search for niche keywords that have high click through and low competitions.

Example the keyword “Dog Food For Sale”, when you search that on Google there are actually 5, 650, 000 which is seriously not a lot of competition but you also have to check is there a demand for it by using tools from www. seobook. com to look at the KEI rate. The higher the KEI rate the better the keyword.

2 . Find a Product or Service the niche market demands for!

After you have found 2 or 3 keywords that you would like to target on, you would want to find products that will serve the market that demands for it.

Example like the keyword “Dog Food For Sale”, you would not want to promote Cat Food as it is totally not related to the topic you want to promote about. So find related products like an eBook “where to find great sale for dog food” or dog products that dogs like to eat.

3. Setup your website

After you have decided what product or service you want to sell online, you would want to setup a website to promote your product. The best way to do it is by creating a Blog talking nothing but Dog Food that are for Sale. Because Google and Yahoo search engine loves Blogs so much that you virtually get listed just 24 hours upon updating compared to a normal website, which will take at least a few weeks to be cached into the search engine.

4. Have a great sales copy (your 24/7 sales man)

Do not be mistaken, sales copy is not the sale. A sales copy is a page with descriptions and details to promote your product on your website. When I first heard of this term sales copy I was totally stunted how important it was to have a sales copy.

Depending how good your copy writing skills are, you can get people to write your sales copy or simply teach yourself to write one. If you can try to write it yourself as copy writing is a very good skill to learn especially when you are an Internet Marketer who plans internet marketing Strategy.

5. Create an opt-in page to collect email address

This is another important step that many do not have and its the most important. Why? It is because they fail to collect email address from their website. With the email address you can design out your sales process in the next step which I will explain further.

6. Have a great sales process

With your opt-in page in place, you can used the captured email address and name to follow up with people who are interested to know more about what you are promoting in your opt-in page. This way build you list of email list and keep sent them information or promotion products to sell those products again in the future.

7. Make your website scalable and search engine friendly

With all that done, you would now need to read up on Search Engine Optimization. Practicing this will allow search engines like Yahoo and Google to spider your website easily. The good thing about Blogs is that you can ping the search engines to spider your site easily and you can listed very quickly within 24 hours.

8. Backend, backend and backend

Upon completion of all 7 steps, you just need to keep on sent backend information to your list from your opt-in emails that you receive and keep on driving traffic your opt-in page to get more email address to sent out promotion to your customers.

If you constantly follow these 8 steps formula for your internet marketing Strategy Plan, you will see great massive results after 3 months upon you have setup. So do the math and start planning your internet marketing Strategy today!

Internet Marketing Plan - From Cashflow Generation To Product Development

24 Good Reasons Why You May Need Vitamin Supplements

Many people believe that eating a well balanced diet provides all the vitamins and minerals necessary for good health. In ideal circumstances, this is the case, but in reality there are many reasons why you may need vitamin supplements to cope with living in the twentieth century environment. Taking vitamins when required is a safe method of optimizing your dietary sources of nutrients, providing you follow the instructions on product labels.

1. Poor Digestion

Even when your food intake is good, inefficient digestion can limit your body’s uptake of vitamins. Some common causes of inefficient digestion are not chewing well enough and eating too fast. Both of these result in larger than normal food particle size, too large to allow complete action of digestive enzymes. Many people with dentures are unable to chew as efficiently as those with a full set of original teeth.

2. Hot Coffee, Tea and Spices

Habitual drinking of liquids that are too hot, or consuming an excess of irritants such as coffee, tea or pickles and spices can cause inflammation of the digestive linings, resulting in a drop in secretion of digestive fluids and poorer extraction of vitamins and minerals from food.

3. Alcohol

Drinking too much alcohol is known to damage the liver and pancreas which are vital to digestion and metabolism. It can also damage the lining of the intestinal tract and adversely affect the absorption of nutrients, leading to sub-clinical malnutrition. Regular heavy use of alcohol increases the body’s need for the B-group vitamins, particularly thiamine, niacin, pyridoxine, folic acid and vitamins B12, A and C as well as the minerals zinc, magnesium and calcium. Alcohol affects availability, absorption and metabolism of nutrients.

4. Smoking

Smoking too much tobacco is also an irritant to the digestive tract and increases the metabolic requirements of Vitamin C, all else being equal, by at least 30mg per cigarette over and above the typical requirements of a non-smoker. Vitamin C which is normally present in such foods as paw paws, oranges and capsicums, oxidizes rapidly once these fruits are cut, juiced, cooked or stored in direct sunlight or near heat. Vitamin C is important to the immune function.

5. Laxatives

Overuse of laxatives can result in poor absorption of vitamins and minerals from food, by hastening the intestinal transit time. Paraffin and other mineral oils increase losses of fat soluble vitamins A, E and K. Other laxatives used to excess can cause large losses of minerals such as potassium, sodium and magnesium.

6. Fad diets

Bizarre diets that miss out on whole groups of foods can be seriously lacking in vitamins. Even the popular low fat diets, if taken to an extreme, can be deficient in vitamins A, D and E. Vegetarian diets, which can exclude meat and other animal sources, must be very skillfully planned to avoid vitamin B12 deficiency, which may lead to anemia.

7. Overcooking

Lengthy cooking or reheating of meat and vegetables can oxidize and destroy heat susceptible vitamins such as the B-group, C and E. Boiling vegetables leaches the water soluble vitamins B-group and C as well as many minerals. Light steaming is preferable. Some vitamins, such as vitamin B6 can be destroyed by irradiation from microwaves.

8. Food Processing

Freezing food containing vitamin E can significantly reduce its levels once defrosted. Foods containing vitamin E exposed to heat and air can turn rancid. Many common sources of vitamin E, such as bread and oils are nowadays highly processed, so that the vitamin E content is significantly reduced or missing totally, which increases storage life but can lower nutrient levels. Vitamin E is an antioxidant which defensively inhibits oxidative damage to all tissues. Other vitamin losses from food processing include vitamin B1 and C.

9. Convenience Foods

A diet overly dependent on highly refined carbohydrates, such as sugar, white flour and white rice, places greater demand on additional sources of B-group vitamins to process these carbohydrates. An unbalanced diet contributes to such conditions as irritability, lethargy and sleep disorders.

10. Antibiotics

Some antibiotics although valuable in fighting infection, also kill off friendly bacteria in the gut, which would normally be producing B-group vitamins to be absorbed through the intestinal walls. Such deficiencies can result in a variety of nervous conditions, therefore it may be advisable to supplement with B-group vitamins when on a lengthy course of broad spectrum antibiotics.

11. Food Allergies

The omission of whole food groups from the diet, as in the case of individuals allergic to gluten or lactose, can mean the loss of significant dietary sources of nutrients such as thiamine, riboflavin or calcium.

12. Crop Nutrient Losses

Some agricultural soils are deficient in trace elements. Decades of intensive agriculture can overwork and deplete soils, unless all the soil nutrients, including trace elements, are regularly replaced. This means that food crops can be depleted of nutrients due to poor soil management. In one U. S Government survey, levels of essential minerals in crops were found to have declined by up to 68 per cent over a four year period in the 1970’s.

13. Accidents and Illness

Burns lead to a loss of protein and essential trace nutrients such as vitamins and minerals. Surgery increases the need for zinc, vitamin E and other nutrients involved in the cellular repair mechanism. The repair of broken bones will be retarded by an inadequate supply of calcium and vitamin C and conversely enhanced by a full dietary supply. The challenge of infection places high demand on the nutritional resources of zinc, magnesium and vitamins B5, B6 and zinc.

14. Stress

Chemical, physical and emotional stresses can increase the body’s requirements for vitamins B2, B5, B6 and C. Air pollution increases the requirements for vitamin E.

15. P. M. T

Research has demonstrated that up to 60 per cent of women suffering from symptoms of premenstrual tension, such as headaches, irritability, bloated ness, breast tenderness, lethargy and depression can benefit from supplementation with vitamin B6.

16. Teenagers

Rapid growth spurts such as in the teenage years, particularly in girls, place high demands on nutritional resources to underwrite the accelerated physical, biochemical and emotional development in this age group. Data from the USA Ten State Nutrition Survey (in 1968-70 covering a total of 24, 000 families and 86, 000 individuals) showed that between 30-50 per cent of adolescents aged 12-16 had dietary intakes below two thirds of the recommended daily averages for Vitamin A, C, calcium and iron.

17. Pregnant Women

Pregnancy creates higher than average demands for nutrients, to ensure healthy growth of the baby and comfortable confinement for the mother. Nutrients which typically require increase during pregnancy are the B-group, especially B1, B2, B3, B6, folic acid and B12, A, D, E and the minerals calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc and phosphorous.

The Ten State Nutrition Survey in the USA in 1968-70 showed that as many as 80 per cent of the pregnant women surveyed had dietary intakes below two thirds of recommended daily allowances. Professional assessment of nutrient requirements during pregnancy should be sought.

18. Oral Contraceptives

Oral Contraceptives can decrease absorption of folic acid and increase the need for vitamin B6, and possibly vitamin C, zinc and riboflavin. Approximately 22 per cent of Australian women aged 15-44 are believed to be on “the pill” at any one time.

19. Light Eaters

Some people eat very sparingly, even without weight reduction goals. US dietary surveys have shown that an average woman maintains her weight on 7560 kilojoules per day, at which level her diet is likely to be low in thiamine, calcium and iron.

20. The Elderly

The aged have been shown to have a low intake of vitamins and minerals, particularly iron, calcium and zinc. Folic acid deficiency is often found, in conjunction with vitamin C deficiency. Fibre intake is often low. Riboflavin (B2) and pyridoxine (B6) deficiencies have also been observed. Possible causes include impaired sense of taste and smell, reduced secretion of digestive enzymes, chronic disease and, maybe, physical impairment.

21. Lack of Sunlight

Invalids, shift workers and people whose exposure to sunlight may be minimal can suffer from insufficient amounts of vitamin D, which is required for calcium metabolism, without which rickets and osteoporosis (bone thinning) has been observed. Ultraviolet light is the stimulus to vitamin D formation in skin. It is blocked by cloud, fog, smog, smoke, ordinary window glass, curtains and clothing. The maximum recommended daily supplement intake of vitamin D is 400 i. u.

22. Bio-Individuality

Wide fluctuations in individual nutrient requirements from the official recommended average vitamin and mineral intakes are common, particularly for those in high physical demand vocations, such as athletics and manual labor, taking into account body weight and physical type. Protein intake influences the need for vitamin B6 and vitamin B1 is linked to kilo joule intake.

23. Low Body Reserves

Although the body is able to store reserves of certain vitamins such as A and E, Canadian autopsy data has shown that up to thirty percent of the population have reserves of vitamin A so low as to be judged “at risk”. Vitamin A is important to healthy skin and mucous membranes (including the sinus and lungs) and eyesight.

24. Athletes

Athletes consume large amounts of food and experience considerable stress. These factors affect their needs for B-group vitamins, vitamin C and iron in particular. Tests on Australian Olympic athletes and A-grade football players, for example , have shown wide ranging vitamin deficiencies.
